Totally Guitars Weekly Wrap Up October 7th, 2016
A few new mystery songs were scattered throughout today’s update, 2 that should be easy but 1 pretty obscure, I think. Other thoughts and comments included IGC coffee, Irish/Scottish/British/Celtic ramblings, an update and some additional background on the Fire In Los Gatos, and a little improv inspired by the Guy Clark thread.
Against many odds, we were able to get a couple new Target lessons – a FOTW with Sandy’s continuing work on Just A Song Before I Go, a Rufus Wainwright piano tune, The Maker Makes expertly arranged for guitar by Vanessa, and a deep album cut from Blood, Sweat & Tears, Sometimes In Winter, a song written and sung by guitarist Steve Katz. I hope Steve gets a chance to see the lesson as it might give him a different way of looking at how he plays it now.
So, put on those thinking caps and ears and see if you can spot the tunes that were running through my head today as we head into clown season around here.
