I got a request recently to do a lesson on my arrangement of I’ll Be Back by the Beatles. I used that as the opening to today’s Update, and eventually took a stab at He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother and an original of mine called Along The Way. All of them could use some polishing, as might be obvious if you pay close attention.
Other than those tunes, this week we added a lot of new stuff to the TG Library, some of which had been in the archives for a few years. I am having fun digging through lessons from our old sites, Max’s Totally Electric Guitars, Jim Bruno’s Totally Vocals, and Totally Keyboards, which had lessons from Dave Coldren and Jake Smolowe. Here are some of the new discoveries-
Fretboard Freedom – almost 6 hours of essential theory
The Guitar Workout – Essential Techniques
A bunch of Keyboard Packs – Beatles, Elton, Billy Joel, Coldplay…
…and of course, Nesh’s great lesson on He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother
