This week we welcomed another artist to our library of lessons, Lyle Lovett. Just like our recent addition of a Bruce Cockburn tune, we have neglected his tunes for too many years. If I Had A Boat was requested by a student at this months KOA Pathways Webinar, where our KOA members get a private meeting with some of the staff. We will definitely get more Lyle Lovett lessons in the mix soon.

Another recent request came in for Up On Cripple Creek by The Band. That tune is what started out today’s update, in the manner of an attempted instrumental version. These unplanned generally would be better if they were rehearsed, but where is the adventure in that?

And speaking of unplanned, I mentioned our TG staff in Ukraine and one of them recommended considering donating to Come Back Alive if you are so inclined.

The last musical adventure consisted of some Pink Floyd melodies interspersed with some of Hey Hey Rise Up, David Gilmour and Nick Mason’s latest (and probably last?) tune released using the Pink Floyd moniker.
