Peggy-O with Beaker

Our second lesson ended with this look at Jerry Garcia’s arrangement of Peggy-O. It led to a discussion about walking, or connecting bass notes between chords, including a detour into a look at Mr. Bojangles and a chat about David Bromberg. Bromberg performed for many years with Bojangles’ writer Jerry Jeff Walker.
