Not a lot of News this week but quite a bit of improvising with Seasonal Favorites. I started with some ramblings on a tune I worked on in a friend’s studio yesterday with a couple singers. That video should be available in a day or two. I also ended the Update with trying to piece together other tunes, some of which I recorded over 35 years ago on my first album, and some that I wasn’t even sure what key would be best.

On the new lesson front, this week I finished a solo arrangement of Silver Bells and Nesh brought us another Elvis hit, One Night.

I would like to thank everybody who responded to our email recommending Song Surgeon to my students. I hope to hear from those who took the plunge after messing with it for a little while.

Now on to the second half of December,
