Song To Woody with Ed

This is an early Bob Dylan song that Ed had worked a bit with, although more in the way Dave van Ronk arranged it. We started with passing bass runs connecting chord changes before we tracked down Bob’s and Dave’s versions and listened to them. The song is a great example of using a simple I-IV-V progression in different ways, including Dropped D Tuning and the effect of a capo on the key.
