The Animals, Frijid Pink, The Box Tops, Joe Cocker, Leon Russell, and a few other bands/songs have been running through my head lately. I started today’s Update exploring Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood and ended with some musings on The Letter (which I was surprised to find we do not have a lesson on).

In between there was the usual review of this week’s stuff, thoughts on our KOA Pathways Program, tips on tremolo (mostly ‘don’t try this at home’), and sneak previews of upcoming stuff.

This week’s lessons included the earlier mentioned Animals tune, Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood, my solo arrangement of Don’t Bother Me by The Beatles, and Til Kingdom Come by Coldplay, as requested on out Recommend A Lesson Forum.
Next week we will see Jimi Hendrix, and possibly a couple instrumentals, depending on how the world turns, and evolves.
