Brothers In Arms - Solo Guitar Arrangementby Neil Hogan

There's something special about taking a song as powerful as Brothers in Arms and letting the guitar tell the entire story. In this extraordinary instrumental arrangement, Neil lets his guitar do the singing... capturing the haunting beauty, the melancholy, and the quiet power of Knopfler's original.

A melody that somehow carries the weight of the words… without needing a single one. Every note has something to say. And Neil gives each one the space to say it. A strikingly beautiful song… one of Neil’s favorites… beautifully reimagined.

This solo acoustic guitar arrangement of Brothers In Arms aims to combine many different parts found in Mark Knopfler's original recording. The song is really a duet between the vocals and the guitar fills, both of which are incorporated into the arrangement.

Each verse is a bit different and reflects the variations in Mark's delivery and phrasing, and the fills are as accurate as can be done on the acoustic guitar.
