Richard is the founder and head honcho at the Santa Cruz Guitar Company, one of the first small builders of higher end acoustic guitars. Richard and Neil go way back to their early days and one of his prized possessions is a guitar Richard built for him in 1981. Richard talks about the founding and evolution of his company, and addresses questions and comments from the assembled group of interested observers.
