Ed Claxton is a world-class luthier who lives in Santa Cruz. He was able to drop in and spend a little time with us. Neil and many of his students are fortunate enough to have a guitar built by Ed, as does Doug. Doug is also quite the expert in the world of boutique guitar builders and some of their names come up in the conversation.
