Oh, Pretty Woman was released by Roy Orbison as a single alongside "Yo the Amo Maria" in 1964. This is a very famous and popular song with an iconic guitar line that every guitar player should know, because you'll probably end up needing to play it at some point. It begins with that recognizable e major riff that revolves around open strings before leading into the simple verse. This song's pretty user friendly in the sense that you only play a couple of chords, all which have an identical rhythm. So once you have there right hand pattern down, you'll only need to focus on the chord changes. The only other challenging part of this song is the bridge because it blends the idea of playing the melodic lines and chord strums together in a question and answer phrasing. This is a great song for beginners to learn and a good one to just know in general.
