Soleares - Ukulele Lesson

*Soleares*is a traditional flamenco is in the key of A Major. In Andalucia, Spain every student of the flamenco guitar will start out with this song. It is in the madre cante (or deep song) style of which many other flamenco forms are derived. The twelve beat pattern in 3/4 time is explained in detail so that the non-Spaniard can understand and play this emotional piece. The techniques may be somewhat new but will help the student to become proficient in their total repertoire.
