One of the main topics of conversation was harmonics, and particularly artificial harmonics. This is a way to get any note as a harmonic, not just the natural ones at the 5th, 7th and 12th frets. Later in the Update I get into the technique but I opened with a bit of While My Guitar Gently Weeps, using artificial harmonics to play some of the melody.<\/p>\n<p>As we head into Father&#8217;s Day Weekend I brought up our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.internationalguitarcamp.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">International Guitar Camp<\/a>, which is now just 3 months out. We are close to closing registration so if you are thinking of joining us check the IGC site for more info. <\/p>\n<p>This week we added another solo arrangement of a Rolling Stones tune- <a href=\"https:\/\/totallyguitars.com\/lessons\/2955-play-with-fire-solo-arrangement\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Play With Fire<\/a>. This is done as a bit of a DIY lesson, more geared toward you creating your own version.
