So today\u2019s update was almost a sales pitch to help me get rid of some of them\u2026 any ideas? But on the practical side, it set me down a path of bringing some of them to TG, which leads me into this week\u2019s new stuff. <\/p>\n<p>Working backwards chronologically, we ended the week with a new arrangement I did of <a href=\"https:\/\/totallylessons.com\/lessons\/2596\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">I\u2019m Looking Through You<\/a>, which is one of the 20+ songs on the album. I told much of the story in the opening segment and even flashed the CD and accompanying book that collects dust in the studio.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of the Update I lapsed into quite a few instrumentals, some that probably should have been better tested than others. Keep an eye out for a few Beatles tunes, a jazz standard, and even Bridge Over Troubled Water (a good example of the aforementioned \u2018better planning might have been a good idea.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><strong>This Weeks Stuff-<\/strong><br \/>\nA songwriter I just recently became aware of, thanks to Wiley, is <a href=\"https:\/\/totallylessons.com\/lessons\/2595\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Blaze Foley<\/a>, an under appreciated Texas player whose songs were being kept alive by none other than John Prine, as well as The Avett Brothers. I hope you took a look at the lesson post and enjoyed the videos.<\/p>\n<p>Other lesson we released were <a href=\"https:\/\/totallyguitars.com\/lessons\/2594-the-chain\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Fleetwood Mac\u2019s The Chain<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/totallyguitars.com\/lessons\/2588-no-one-needs-to-know\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">No One Needs To Know by Shania Twain<\/a>. This also led to <a href=\"https:\/\/totallylessons.com\/packages\/164\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">a new 5-Pack of her songs<\/a> as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/totallylessons.com\/packages\/163\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Volume Four of our Jazz Standards<\/a>, thanks again to Max Rich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On The Forum-<\/strong><br \/>\nI was glad to see some <a href=\"https:\/\/totallylessons.com\/forum\/viewforum.php?f=160\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">recommendations for lessons<\/a> and I talked a bit about the likelihood of some of them. I am also glad to see more <a href=\"https:\/\/totallylessons.com\/student-reviews?page=1&#038;limit=25\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Uploads for Review<\/a> and will have a Response to one early next week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next Week\u2019s Stuff-<\/strong><br \/>\nVanessa is bringing us a Keane lesson, Bend And Break, and we will have Linda Ronstadt\u2019s You\u2019re No Good.
