It started with a little improv on a Christmas tune,<br \/>\nmaybe a bit melancholy but one of my favorites, and ended with a piece<br \/>\nby Francisco Tarrega, Adelita.<\/p>\n<p>In between there was the update on this week&#8217;s contents, including<br \/>\nReviews of If I Were A Carpenter and Mr. Soul, Fly On The Wall lessons<br \/>\ncovering the solo part of Sandman and the beginning picking in Dust In<br \/>\nThe Wind, and the Target release on Lou Reed&#8217;s Walk On The Wild Side.<\/p>\n<p>This was followed with a comment on the Forum question about<br \/>\nfingerpicking directions, a recommendation on the movie Cadillac<br \/>\nRecords, and an update on my progress with a couple of the classical<br \/>\npieces I have been working on. I played a bit of the Villa-Lobos Etude<br \/>\n#1 and Bach&#8217;s Prelude In D Minor.
